1. Refund Policy Statement

FitOmg maintains a strict NO REFUND policy on all services, consultations, programs, and products. Once a payment is made, it is considered final and non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances.

This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

• Pre-Screening Consultation Fees (₹199): Non-refundable once booked, whether attended or not.
• Diet Plan Subscriptions: Non-refundable once the program has commenced or diet plan has been shared.
• Wellness Coaching Programs: Non-refundable for any reason including early discontinuation.
• Any Add-on Services or Products: Non-refundable once purchased.

2. Rationale

Our refund policy exists because:

• Our services involve significant time, expertise, and personalized effort from our clinical nutritionists and health counsellors.
• Diet plans and consultation time cannot be "returned" once provided.
• Each plan is custom-tailored to your individual health profile and cannot be reused or resold.
• Our team blocks dedicated time for your consultations, preventing other clients from booking that slot.

3. Missed Appointments

If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation (pre-screening or follow-up) without providing at least 24 hours prior notice:

• The appointment fee will be forfeited in full.
• No rescheduling will be provided for missed appointments without prior notice.
• Repeated no-shows may result in termination of services without refund.

4. Service Cancellation by FitOmg

In the rare event that FitOmg cancels a service due to:

• Technical issues on our end: We will reschedule the appointment at no additional cost.
• Determination of unsuitability: If during the pre-screening we determine that our programs are not suitable for your health needs, we may offer a rescheduled consultation or credit toward a future service at our sole discretion. No cash refunds will be issued.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern about a payment or service, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 96354 73667 within 48 hours of the transaction. While we maintain our refund policy, we are committed to resolving concerns and ensuring you receive value from our services.

6. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider after agreeing to this refund policy constitutes a breach of these terms. FitOmg reserves the right to take appropriate legal action in such cases, including recovery of the disputed amount, associated fees, and legal costs.

7. Acknowledgment

By making any payment to FitOmg, you confirm that you have:

• Read and understood this Refund Policy in its entirety.
• Voluntarily agreed to this policy before making payment.
• Accepted that all payments are final and non-refundable.
• Understood that this policy is a binding agreement between you and FitOmg.
